A-Plus Connect is a site we've built especially for Autistic people wanting to work in more inclusive workplaces. We know that looking for a job can feel overwhelming. You might face barriers like unclear job descriptions, workplaces that are hard to access, and unfair treatment during recruitment. Because of these barriers, Autistic people are around six times more likely to be unemployed than non-disabled people, even though many of the reasons are beyond your control.

How was A-Plus Connect developed?
In October 2023, we asked Autistic job seekers like you to share what you need most when looking for a job, and what makes you want to apply for certain roles.

Why does A-Plus Connect exist?
When we heard there was a need for a low-pressure, transparent platform to connects Autistic job seekers with employers who value Autistic inclusion, A-Plus Connect was born.
